Phil Sallee - Pastor

Pastor Phil, his wife Carol, and their three children, started in Bixby over 12 years ago when New Beginnings was meeting in a downtown Bixby store front. As a result of the God blessings, New Beginnings has become one of the fastest growing churches in Oklahoma. Pastor Phil graduated from Tulsa East Central High School (1978), and Tulsa University (1982). After serving for 11 years as a Student Pastor, at the age of twenty-nine Phil began to pastor his first church in Edgewater, Colorado. Phil received a Master’s Degree from Denver Theological Seminary (1994) and is current pursuing a doctorate in Missions and Evangelism at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Phil and Carol are honored to serve God in a Kingdom minded church, with joy and longevity.

Terry Langenberg - Business Administrator

Terry has been a member of New Beginnings Baptist Church since 2005. Terry began his role as Business Administrator in May of 2007. Terry spent two years working with a mentor and in prayer regarding his God-given purpose prior to taking the position as business administrator. He feels he has been called to the ministry of business administration for New Beginnings. Terry has more than 20 years of business experience, working for two Fortune 500 corporations, holding various positions in management and marketing. He is also owner of The Langenberg Group, Inc., a marketing consulting business with his wife Monica. Terry and Monica have two daughters and two sons, Larissa, Bridgette, Karis and Kenny.

Scott Blanchard - Pastor of Student Ministries

Scott has been a member of New Beginnings Church since 2007. Scott graduated from Missouri Baptist University in 2003 and is currently working towards his Masters Degree from Southwestern Seminary. He has a strong passion to reach the students of this community and unite them in their schools. He has served at churches in the St. Louis area, as well as the Chicagoland area before moving to New Beginnings. He is an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and loves the Texas Longhorns! Hook’em! Scott and his wife, Natalie, have been married for 3 years and live in the Bixby community.

Michael Branch - Children’s Pastor / Media Arts Director

Michael has been a member of New Beginnings Baptist Church since 2006. Michael was raised the son of a home missionary in Wyoming and Colorado. He surrendered to the ministry at age 14 and has served the Body of Christ in some capacity ever since. Michael and his wife Krista have three children, a son Kalon and two daughters Kassidy and Kenna. They live in the Bixby community.

John Kannady - Pastor of Worship Arts

John has been a member of New Beginnings Baptist Church since 1996. John began serving in music ministry at New Beginnings in 1997 and became the full time Pastor of Worship Arts in the fall of 2005. He has a passion for sharing his gifts of music and worship. John and his wife Missy have one child, Kara and they live in the Bixby community.
