2 Campaign

New Beginnings Church began and existed in rented spaces for its first 9 years. We moved regularly from a downtown storefront to a high school cafeteria to auditorium to a middle school gymnasium so that we could provide space for people of faith, who believed in this vision.

When the church decided to build phase 1, it was at a huge leap of faith. We trusted that God wanted us to build but we were concerned about how we were going to pay for it. Long story short, we started 2 services, 1 month after we moved in the new building. We paid off a $1.4 million loan in record time. We have been carrying out God's call at maximum building capacity for over three years.

Many church growth experts believe that when a church grows to 80% of capacity, it will not sustain any more growth without plans for expansion.

Due to the financial weakness of the current economy, the church agreed not to borrow more than a reasonable amount. $2.5 million will complete the building shell, and finish the student ministry space on the garden level. Money that is collected beyond the borrowed amount will go towards completing the remainder of the project. This is the two campaign

The church is not a building but the people whom God has purchased a great sacrifice- His Son’s life. Each member of God’s family must do their part. Often God blesses His family with growth in numbers. When a family grows in numbers, it usually considers whether or not there is room in the present facilities. If there is not enough room, an addition is the only option. This is the two campaign.

New Beginnings, in all things ministry, missions, and even constructing buildings, the church must desire that Christ be lifted up and that the lost are reached and that the saved be discipled to the glory of God.

This is the Two Campaign.
